Our Client is well known, globally company from FMCG sector. Due to extended of internal IT team we are currently looking for motivated, open for professional development Candidates.
Your next role
The role is a part of bigger, global IT structures, mainly responsible for a Polish market. That makes possibility for taking ownership and have real influence for the job. The main purpose of the role is to build strong relationships with the business according to IT services. What is more you will be responsible for finding new opportunities to improve processes and tools/systems to make sure that the business needs are met. Main focus is on digital area. You will be involved in several smaller but exciting projects. Daily cooperation with business and other IT teams as well as 3rd party is also a duty.
Requirements
An ideal Candidate previous professional experience on similar role (e.g. Senior Analyst / IT Project Manager/ Junior IT Business Partner etc). Strong customer focus, ability to build relationships with people on all levels in the organisation, good understanding of business needs and It possibilities is also a strong requirement. Fluency in Polish and English is a must. Agile knowledge will be helpful. You should be open for business travels from time to time.
