Currently, for our high-profile client, a fast-growing US Big Tech corporation, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Security Team Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security services within the designated location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Oversight: Manage and supervise security operations in Poland, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of security professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Communication: Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills including at a senior level.
4. Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities in the region.
5. Emergency Response: Develop and implement effective emergency response plans, coordinating with local teams.
6. Client Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, addressing their security concerns and providing timely updates on operational matters.
7. Resource Management: In communication with Global Team, efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to optimize security services and meet client requirements.
8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, and company policies in all security operations.
9. Reporting: Generate regular reports, presentations on security field related matters, and performance metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations.
11. Travel: Possessing the capability to travel within the EMEA region enables effective on-site support at coordinated security field locations, ensuring a robust and responsive security presence.

We require:

• Experience in security industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or coordinating role
• Experience in successful implemented projects, strategy development, process design, awareness program delivery and service management
• Experience in delivering business value, through solving high priority business problems with effective solution
• Fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in emergency situations with strong problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to interpret safety data and implement necessary changes
• Possessing the capability to travel internationally
• Willingnes to travel
• Understanding of how product development works would be appreciated
