Scope of duties:
- Establishing Agile values, methods, principles, and practices for the delivery of products within their team
- Building and coaching/mentoring of a self-organized team in Agile standards and best practices
- Leading all Scrum events
- Cooperating closely with Product Owner on the backlog management to ensure effective Sprint planning process and other Scrum Masters in Scrum of Scrums meeting to manage dependencies
- Ensure delivery of the user stories agreed to be delivered within the Sprint
Competence demands:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Science, Information Systems
- PSM certificate will be a plus
- Ability to work in a multinational environment
- Very good knowledge of English (including written English)
- High communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational and time management skills
- Ability to cooperate with all level of management and work independently

The candidate also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when they consider the processing of their personal data to be a violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
