Scrum Master
Location: WarszawaThe challenges waiting for you:
- The main role is to take care of proper Scrum implementation, according to organizational vision and strategy
- Responsibility for proper Agile introduction and implementation – plan and execute
- Direct work with delivery teams, managers, end users and all other stakeholders as well as Agile Coaches and other Scrum Masters
- C-Level cooperation in order to perform Agile transformation successfully
- Mentoring and training
- Organization transformation, processes optimization, taking care of the proper implementation of Agile approach
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach
- Wide, comprehensive knowledge supported by experience in Agile methodologies, frameworks, techniques
- Experience in software development in any role
- Understanding of the software development processes and best practices
- Awareness how to apply Agility in business organizations (production companies, banks, retail, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile and lean processes and methodologies
- A passion for creating an environment of trust and great dynamics, where people do their best and work together as a team
- At least one Certificate (PSM I, PRINCE2Agile, AgilePM, SAFe or any equivalent)
- Good English both spoken and written
