We are looking for Scrum Master to our client's software house (with headquarters in Germany).
They build next generation digital banking solutions for corporate banking.
Responsibilities:
- Managing SCRUM team
- Facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, such as sprint planning, review and retrospective
- Addressing personal issues within team (i.e. vacations, substitutions, etc.)
- Holding team committed to achieve sprint goal
- Managing communication with external stakeholders, i.e.: Product Owner and Project Manager
- Managing teams and/or individual contributors from external partners
Requirements:
- At least 2 year experience in team leader role, in projects related to software development
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Positive attitude to work, open mindedness, problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and motivate others to collaborate across organizational boundaries to achieve agreed goals
- Customer focus
- Excellent communication skills, ability to provide concise status to management
- Interest in IT, familiarity with software development processes, best practices, techniques and tools
- Very good understanding and hands-on experience with Agile
- Immanent drive for improvement, pro-activeness
- Solid background in software engineering
- Proficiency in English
