Scrum Master

We are looking for Scrum Master to our client's software house (with headquarters in Germany).

They build next generation digital banking solutions for corporate banking.

Responsibilities:

• Managing SCRUM team
• Facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, such as sprint planning, review and retrospective
• Addressing personal issues within team (i.e. vacations, substitutions, etc.)
• Holding team committed to achieve sprint goal
• Managing communication with external stakeholders, i.e.: Product Owner and Project Manager
• Managing teams and/or individual contributors from external partners

Requirements:

• At least 2 year experience in team leader role, in projects related to software development
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Positive attitude to work, open mindedness, problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and motivate others to collaborate across organizational boundaries to achieve agreed goals
• Customer focus
• Excellent communication skills, ability to provide concise status to management
• Interest in IT, familiarity with software development processes, best practices, techniques and tools
• Very good understanding and hands-on experience with Agile
• Immanent drive for improvement, pro-activeness
• Solid background in software engineering
• Proficiency in English
