Your new role
As part of the data migration team, the Data Migration Consultant will be responsible for establishing efficient ways of continuously extracting data from local legacy systems in approximately 70 countries, mapping them against global taxonomies and definitions, loading them to SuccessFactors, and validate the data against the legacy systems. Your new role
As part of the data migration team, the Data Migration Consultant will be responsible for establishing efficient ways of continuously extracting data from local legacy systems in approximately 70 countries, mapping them against global taxonomies and definitions, loading them to SuccessFactors, and validate the data against the legacy systems. You will be accountable for:
- Establishing data steward network in local countries
- Driving extraction of data from legacy systems
- Consolidating data in global database and map/transform against global taxonomies
- Supporting implementation partner in loading data to SAP SuccessFactors
- Continuously drive data validation and data cleansing throughout the project
- Ensuring increase in data quality and completeness until acceptable for go-live
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as data lead on a global HR SaaS solution implementation
- Experience in supporting global HR systems from a data perspective in HQ role
- Additional experience from data migration, data cleansing and/or analytics in general
