For our fast growing international oriented company in ICT, based in Warsaw, we are looking for a hands-on person to support our Sales team, someone who can make the account manager more effective by supporting him on a daily basis making quotes, offers, sales communication, follow up leads and providing them with administrative support.
The Sales Support Employee is a person with a hands-on mentality who works in a very structured and accurate way, but is flexible enough to cope with the daily events.
Our preferred candidate is assertive, driven, accurate, flexible, open-minded, structured and cooperative with a good understanding of both customer/user needs and our business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- support the account manager to be very effective in increasing revenues,
- follow up emails/calls and keep track of the progress,
- manage the sales pipe line and the corresponding actions,
- make monthly sales reports,
- responsible for client database,
- initiate sales related documentation,
- keep the administration up to date.
Qualifications:
- fresh business or linguistic graduate or minimum years of experience in sales support or back office,
- ability to multitask and learn quickly,
- excellent command of written and spoken English, other European languages (e.g. Dutch, French) is a plus,
- strong written and verbal communication skills,
- analytical and logical thinking,
- problem solving skills,
- ability to make decision and adapt to changing environment,
- well organized / administration attitude, ability to work well individually or as a member of a team,
- proactive and initiator,
- ability to influence others,
- computer literate, MS Office package is a must,
- strong Internet research skills required.
