Sales Support Specialist with Norwegian
Location: WarszawaResponsibilities:
- Administration of customer sales and purchased orders
- Follow up on deliveries from HQ or third party providers
- Contact person in regards to deliveries, transport and customs clearance
- Issuing Invoices to the Customers
- Month-end closing activities
- Taking actions on common e-mail inboxes
- Reporting of product sales and deliveries
- Supporting Sales Department in quotations and customer claims (crediting)
- Material, Vendor and Customer Master Data request
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in Norwegian and English is a must;
- Degree in Bachelor Business Administration or similar (Preferred)
- Experience in administration or logistics
- Experience in working within international environment,
- Sound knowledge of MS Office package;
- Enjoy working as a team member and independently
- Organizational skills
- Abbility to work under time pressure
Kindly welcome:
