Key Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with FedEx operating companies, functions and teams to support the acquisition and development of strategically important customers.
- Define scope and project manage the development and deployment of sustainable, replicable and scalable customer solutions that support the acquisition of major new business for FedEx.
- Develop and deploy customer solutions to support penetration into target vertical markets.
- Perform framing sessions with prospective and existing customers to identify and implement areas for improvement within their supply chain creating opportunities for FedEx.
- Present customer solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Define scope and project manage the implementation of major new business to ensure go-live is achieved on-time and providing an optimum customer experience.
- Perform project reviews with customers and hand-over to Sales and other functional owners once the project is closed.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Project management skills
- Ability to analyse information or data and present findings
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to exercise personal responsibility and autonomy
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Flexible approach to work according to project requirements
