For our client – an international and one of the biggest company in automotive industry – we are looking for Sales Manager who will be responsible for central Ukrainian market. This is a well-known and developing producer of tyres for passenger cars as well as trucks, buses and agriculture machines.
Your new role
The person we are currently looking for will be responsible for developing, growing as well as building sales strategy in the region of central Ukraine – Kyiv and surroundings (+-100 km). The person will be responsible for active searching and developing relationships with key customers in the scope of distributors, dealers, garage, service station, panel and paint shop, automobile workshops, transport and public companies and similar. Sales Manager will manage sales budget, business objectives and implement to achieve sales targets. Moreover, an daily basis her/she will manage marketing activities and complaint. Candidate will be working in home office model and will be in permanent contact with polish entity.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a significate experience in active sales in the scope of automotive and/or technical/mechanical field (i. ex. tires, accessories, parts, tools, chemicals, oils, fluids, coatings, car body and similar) . Knowledge and ability to develop relationships in automotive industry will be necessary. Very welcome are candidates with a couple of years’ experience in managing sales team. Very good knowledge of English and Russian/Ukrainian is a must. We are looking for candidates who are well-organised, goal-oriented, resolving mind, excellent relationships builder as well as strong leadership and management skills.
