Our client is an International Company, leader within its production sector. We are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Sales Financial Controller. The role of a Sales Controller involves managing all the activities of the sales divisions. This position is a point of contact to support management decisions requires excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques and the capability to plan own work and respect deadlines.
Zadania:

Implementing and administrating established controlling policies, procedures and practices for the sales divisions

Ensuring accurate and timely recording and reporting of the regular monthly, quarterly and annual financial/operating results

Monitoring the financial performance of the business in sales area and detect and quantify risks and opportunities

Providing financial analysis, interpretation of variance from budgets and standards and advice to management
-
Proposing optimizations activities within the supply chain, support top level price files, help guide investment decisions

Understanding intercompany transfer pricing concepts and mechanisms
-
Preparing pay-back analysis for new investment projects

Playing a leading role in further developing of management reporting in the organisation

Proposing improvements to systems, methods of work and analysis methods and contributes to ensuring they are continuously adapted to the business requirements

Assuming responsibility in managing ad hoc projects from a financial perspective

Cooperating with the accounting and other financial departments

Acting as a team member and leading new financial projects

Participating in different strategic projects
Wymagania:

Master degree with at least 4 years relevant experience in sales and marketing controlling

Ability to interpret on a broad basis, principles, theories, and concepts of finance and accounting

Excellent organizational & analytical skills

Extensive experience with the following SAP modules: FI, CO, PP, MM,SD or other ERP systems

Effective decision-maker who stands by the decisions made

Pro-active and innovative approach and recommendations towards solutions

Good understanding of efficiency and client satisfaction measurement indicators (SLAs, KPIs)

Excellent communication and presentation skills to both peers and (senior) management
