As a Sales Engineer you will:

Lead sales activities for selected customer accounts & products
Develop strong customer relationships to achieve profitable, sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium, and long-term opportunities.
Ensure that the relevant Company Components portfolio is deployed in full; meets competitiveness requirements and delivers a strong value proposition
Secure customer satisfaction for assigned customers

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate has formal education in Dairy / Food – science or technology Or has 2-3 years’ experience in dairy operations. The result of the education/experience will empower the candidate with fundamental knowledge of the unit operations of a Dairy
Plant (Pasteurization, Separation, Homogenization, Dairy Chemistry, Microbiology, etc).
Experience in selling equipment for food processing equipment is preferable
Fluency in the Polish language and basic language skills in English (both written and spoken) are required.
