Job Tasks:

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement revenue strategies aligned with business objectives
• Process Optimization: Identify and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment
• Systems & Tools Management: Oversee implementation and optimization of tools supporting revenue operations
• Forecasting & Planning: Lead revenue forecasting and contribute to strategic planning sessions
• Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, track progress, and recommend adjustments to meet targets
• Training & Enablement: Organize training programs and workshops to equip teams with necessary skills and tools
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of improvement by evaluating and enhancing processes, strategies, and tools

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales in IT, Business Development
• Education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Analytics
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP environment; knowledge of PowerBI; experience with Developer tool is nice to have
• Proficiency in English 
• Strategic Planning and Progress Monitoring
• Analitycal Approach
