On behalf of our Client, a new Global Financial Service Centre establishing its office in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Reporting Data Operations Coordinator.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be a part of reporting and analytics team, focused on Data Integrity, Report preparation and providing production oversight to measure progress and continuously improve the end product. You will be responsible for driving collection and landing of systemic and manual financial data sources into target reporting infrastructure, reviewing and reconciling trade and position level data against firm’s general ledger (to ensure fit for purpose for regulatory reporting) and tracking, maintaining and archiving issues and queries for audit purposes. Your work will require cooperating with business partners to identify and process reoccurring and ad-hoc data adjustments as necessary. You will be also involved in supporting front-end user inquiries and escalation of technology issues, as well as participating project and change management for release related testing and implementation work.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 4 years of relevant experience from the financial institution and regulatory reporting background supported by at least 2 years of team management experience. Banking product knowledge including derivatives, equities and debt securities would be an advantage . We are looking for a pro-active self-starter with strong analytical skills and knowledge with excellent cooperation skills, combined with ability to make tough decisions and leading with conviction. Moreover, the candidate we are looking for would be a strategic thinker with ability to take initiative and constantly challenge the process. Fluent English is a must.
