Repair Technician (IT and Electronic Equipment)

Responsibilities:

• Analyses daily field issues and provide hardware technical support to field operators (Street Viewers)
• Troubleshoot and rectify computers, power systems, cameras & sensors, vehicle mounted assemblies
• Analyses failures and proactively partake in corrective action and engineering change strategies
• Review and revise engineering documents to reflect actual implementation
• Monitor spares inventories and manage reorder process
• Document work carried out and produce reports as required
• Traveling across Europe, Middle East, and Africa

Expectations:

• Engineering or technical education preferably majoring in Electrical, Electronics, Computing, or similar - minimum of 2 years
• Experience working in a hands-on technical role in Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Oil and Gas, or similar industry with high technical standards
• Help-desk or remote technical support experience, experience in repair or assembly of PC's - nice to have
• Experience using tools for mechanical assembly/fabrication and cable assembly
• Willing and able to travel
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Driving license
