For our client, a global company from the real estate industry, we are looking for a recruiter. Your new role: Key responsibilities are: independent management of recruitment projects for specialist, administrative and technical positions in the internal recruitment department, using a variety of methods of acquiring candidates, including direct search (direct search, social media),creating a good image of the team inside the organization, ensuring the highest quality of cooperation with internal clients, building and managing a database of candidates, timely reporting and settlement of recruitment projects, participation in various soft HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed:
At least one year of experience in independent management of medium and high-level recruitment projects (specialist, administrative, technical positions), interest in the area of recruitment and knowledge of various methods of searching for candidates, knowledge of English at the B2 level, higher education, orientation on the timely and effective implementation of projects, high personal culture and ability to build relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.
