Regional Tax Accountant
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our Client, well-known cosmetical company in SSC sector, we are looking for Candidate on Senior Tax Accountant position.
Location: Aleje Jerozolimskie (close to Warszawa Zachodnia Railway Station)
Key responsibilities:
- Investigate and support all indirect tax issues/requests received from other teams in region (Germany, Switzerland; Netherlands);
- Indirect tax compliance reports preparation and review;
- Constantly update/monitor the indirect tax regulations and documentation capturing all changes/exceptions;
- Identify and suggest process improvements and standardizations for the processes under team’s scope;
- Run process controls to ensure compliance and avoidance of future errors;
- Interact and comply with all Internal / External Audit requirements;
- Adherence to Control and Compliance.
We are looking for:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting area, preferably in SSCs;
- Openness for business trips to the region (Germany, Switzerland; Netherlands);
- Proven experience in Indirect Tax related activities;
- High level of Indirect Tax knowledge (VAT, customs, etc.) and understanding its interdependencies/interflows according to tax business models;
- Good knowledge of SAP will be added value.
