Job Title
Regional Compensation and Benefits Advisor (with German)
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing analytical support for compensation market pricing requests, including determining appropriate job level and work closely with regional and German HR teams to administer compensation and benefit plans. You will also support year-end compensation processes, including merit review cycle and variable compensation calculations and processing as well as assist in administration of all aspects of compensation and benefits, including interfacing heavily with Workday. On daily basis You will participate in compensation surveys, partner with third party vendors for benefit renewals, enrollments and changes also partner with Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams frequently and professionally. You will assume ownership for projects as needed by the Total Rewards Global team and contribute to the strategic evolution of the Total Rewards team.
What you'll need to succeed
You need an Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources preferred, with minimum 2 years experience in compensation analysis. Knowledge of German Labour Work (or experience). Fluent English and German both spoken and written. If You have prior experience utilizing Workday Compensation and foundational knowledge of financial concepts; propensity and comfort working with large data sets typically within Microsoft Excel than that’s a plus. You also need the ability to effectively prioritize and plan work efforts, progress on multiple concurrent deliverables and consistently meet deadlines; demonstrate strong project management skills and be able to to collect and analyze complex information, think strategically, reach conclusions and implement appropriate courses of action with limited supervision.
