For our Client, global Company from logistics sector, we are looking for experienced Candidates for a position of Regional Commercial Analyst / Controller.
Applications are invited for the vacancy of Analyst, Commercial Finance, reporting to Manager Finance Poland and Central Europe, based in Warsaw, Poland.
This role will require a candidate with the ability to work effectively across a matrix structure liaising with Finance, Sales and Customer Service and General Management teams across Poland and in the future countries in the Baltics region.
Responsibilities: Manage the process of preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plan (financials), monthly analysis, etc.; Prepare monthly management reporting, in particular monthly activity reportsper customer; Partner with Country General Manager and Commercial Teams in evaluating new business opportunities in Poland; Provide key business support for the sales function in all analytical and planning activities; Own and keep up-to date pricing models and policies for the market; Establishthe weekly and quarterly forecasts.Analyze and identifythe reasons for variations; Create financial models for non-standard business cases in collaboration with Finance Director.
Requirements: University degree: business school / finance / economics; Professional experience:financial and commercial analysis in an international environment; Experience with budgeting process; Financial modeling skills; Ability to structure data (using e.g. Business Warehouse, Access or similar); Understanding of Activity Based Costing model; Strongorganizationalskills including coordination of processes; Excellentverbal and written communication; Strong analyticalskills andlogical thinking; Ability to work effectively with multiple complex priorities; MS Office with advanced levelofExcel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros nice to have); Polish and English level– advanced.
