On behalf of our Client, one of the leading companies in its industry globally, we are currently looking for a person to hold Recruitment Team Leaderposition, based in Warsaw.
Your new role:
The Recruitment Team Leader will take over management of 5-8 persons team, responsible for supporting recruitment processes in the EMEA region. In terms of managerial duties,Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for managing the team, recruiting, training, mentoring, holding escalations, etc. Operationally among others, Recruitment Team Leader will ensure the delivery of serviceaccording to company's standards and procedures and will also be leading or supporting implementationsof new solutions and improvements as well as development of service during transitions.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with a relevant experience in the area of Recruitment of Recruitment Administration and minimum 2 years of managerial experience.Due to the international area of service, we are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers.The ideal candidate should present highly developed communication skills, result-oriented attitude as well as ability to work in a fast changing, corporate environment.
