On behalf of our Client, international law company with global reach,we are urgently looking for a Recruitment Specialist,to join Shared Service Center in Warsaw.
Your new role
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for recruiting graduates by conducting high volume recruitment projects for UK:coordinating adverts, high application volumes and interviews, planning and organising assessment centres and internships programs, etc. Recruitment Specialist will stay in close cooperation with hiring managers, universities and training department. Additionally, Recruitment Specialist will be involved in supporting learning & development processesby organisinglarge scale induction programmes and managing logistics connected with graduate performance management.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experienced with conducting high volume recruitment projects, preferably gained in SSC/BPO environment.As this is an international role, we are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers.If you are a well organised and highly communicative person who wants to develop in an international environment, this is the role for you.
