This role is a key role in the HRO / Verita HR businesses in Poland. Working with the 3 key divisions of the company – Finance Recruitment, Technology Recruitment and Sales & Marketing Recruitment you will be helping to grow these already well-established divisions in Warsaw and Krakow. Nice to Have:
• Good experience in Business Development and Client service
• Excellent track record of recruiting to companies in the IT, Finance or Sales & Marketing sectors, or all of the above
• A keen understanding of the key players in the Polish recruitment market
• Experience working with English-language Clients and working with them in English
• Some experience in developing recruitment teams
• Some experience preparing Business Plans and Action Plans to help drive the teams forward
• Experience preparing and carrying out Candidate Attraction Plans
• Great coaching skills with both candidates and the recruitment team
Essential Skills we look for:
• A track record of invoicing in Recruitment
• No-fear approach to negotiation and agreeing terms with Clients

• Great IT skills, experience working with PowerPoint
