On behalf of our client, an international law company with global reach,we are looking for the Recruitment Administration Specialist to join Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
Your new role:
Recruitment Administration Specialist will perform all administrative activities within an international recruitment processesin the company including creating and posting job adverts, arranging interviews, sharing materials, supporting on-boarding, etc.In addition, the person on this position will provide organizational and logistic support for recruitment related events such as assessment days and campus events. The job holder would also support implementing new solutions and training new team members.
What you'll need to succeed:
The candidate for this position should present at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment,preferably gained in the SSC/BPO. Very good knowledge of Englishlanguage is required. Familiarity with Taleo system will be an advantage. We seek candidates with highly developed communication skills,both oral and written, people focused and interested in professional development in multinational environment.
