For our client an international fin-tech company we are looking for Recruiter/Senior Recruiter
Your new role
Together with the recruitment team, set the sourcing strategy for the recruitment, drive that process forward and find the best talent possible. Research and evaluate candidates early in the process, perform phone interviews, book, and conduct interviews and administration in our ATS. Research and follow up on market updates and what’s going on in the tech scene. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring manager, supporting them throughout the whole process. Ensure a top candidate experience - guiding candidates through recruitment process. Continuously track progress in processes and evaluate different strategies, working with KPI:s and ensure an agile, efficient way of work. Be involved in building employer brand through a few focused initiatives for your area every year.
What you'll need to succeed
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or market research, an academic degree, preferably in business, possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, multi-tasking team-player with the ability to drive several projects at once, a strong inner drive, sense of ownership, and a proactive, service-minded focus, a passion for networking and a great ability to build a relationship with people you meet, internal as well as external, an interest in tech and try to stay up-to-date with the industry, fluent in English, both written and verbal
