For one of our clients, an international company with a newly established SSCin Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of R2R BUSINESS PROCESS ARCHITECT.
R2R BUSINESS PROCESS ARCHITECTwill take active part in developing the vision on the future end state of global R2R processes and supporting systems. This will include defining the existing processes, leading business analysis, identifying areas for improvement, gaps and scope of change, gathering requirements, delivering detail system specifications, identifying and overseeing testing, approving test scenarios, educating the business on core R2R system functionalities and modified business processes, coaching champions, defining success metrics related to business transformation, assessing project risk and taking appropriate mitigation actions as well as leading assigned improvement projects. R2R BUSINESS PROCESS ARCHITECTwill collaborate closely with Global IT Teams, Key Users, Business Process Design Consultants, Process Owners and Business Architects, and will also serve as a point of contact for the business in regards to the overall Record to Report system requirements.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of defining Record-to-Reportprocesses in SAP environment. This role requires technical acumen and solid business finance understanding, from corporate, regional and local perspective, incl. working knowledge of end-to-end R2R flows. Fluency in English(both written & spoken) is mandatory, as well as strong knowledge of the SAP system, especially R2R modules FI & CO. We are looking for someone preferably with an Academic Degree or equivalent in Accounting (MBA will be a strong plus), who has strong analytical and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to train, teach, or coach business professionals, and has experience with change management and root cause analysis techniques.
