We are currently looking for a Quality Production Lead for our client, international production company from FMCG sector.
In your future role you will be responsible for team developing support and respect quality standards within relevant area of the factory. Apart from monitoring and review Quality Management and H.A.C.C.P system versus legal requirements and BRC standards, you will also liaise with Operational Managers on Company Quality to provide the quality training sessions. Participating in new product development projects and running the internal and external audits is crucial for the position as well as working on SAP system QC control.
To become a successful candidate you need to provide good knowledge and practical experience in working on and developing Quality Management, GHP/GMP and H.A.C.C.P systems to BRC standards. It is also crucial to have strong developed leadership skills combined with experience in coordinating cross-functional projects. Higher Education is necessary. Trained BRC or similar Internal Auditor can work as an asset. The position requires using English on a daily basis.
