General job purpose:
Responsible for supporting process owners in defining and implementing processes metrics, key performance indicators and visual representation in order to drive efficiencies. Support the local quality management system and processes. Is an advocate of Quality and represents the group’s vision and mission while supporting the goals of the overall business. Works closely with members of same or different functional groups. They have responsibility for using their expertise to clean data through advanced computerized models, extrapolate data patterns, model data and identify trends.
Key area of responsibility:
- Work on projects / compliance activities to completion.
- Prepare monthly metrics for their area of expertise / responsibility.
- Analyze process data and trends and drives optimization / improvement.
- Support others in the QA organization and other functional organizations on technical aspects in order to drive results.
- Collect and process data from primary and secondary sources.
- Analyze and interpret data results using statistical techniques and tools.
- Identify trends, correlations and patterns with data results.
- Identify any opportunities for improvements from data analysis.
- Provide concise, accurate data reports with clear data visualization for stakeholder and management.
- Perform other duties as direct
Requirements:

Proven technical experience in:
- Statistical methodologies, analysis and tools
- SQL databases and database querying languages
- Data visualization and reporting techniques
- Creative thinking and detail oriented
- Working independently to accomplish assignments
- Business processes and concepts motivating data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Objective driven and customer focused. Capable of producing results working unsupervised under own initiative.
- Professional integrity. Able to translate regulations into meaningful business requirements.
- Confident and open personality who is able to communicate effectively, both written and orally with people at all levels.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.
- Proven fluency in English
