On behalf of our Client, medical devices company, currently we are looking for the Candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Associate to the Shared Service Center in Warsaw.
The employee on that position will be a member of Document Control team and will be responsible for planning, managing and performing internal control and audits as well as following up and closing out for internal audit findings. Also, You will develop and improve processes and report operational issues to the Leader of the team.
We are looking for the Candidates ideally with fluent English, experienced in regulatory affairs and/or documents control process or have at least ½ year of experience in working with any system (controlled document management system). Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are also essential because document control specialists regularly communicate with internal and external business partners. Knowledge of ISO standards will be considered as an asset.
