For our Client, a leading and worldwide innovator of equipment and software dedicated to radiation therapy, radiosurgery and brachytherapy we are looking for a person who will join the company as Quality Assurance Specialist. Hired person will ensure support for the region QA function and provide assistance for pan regional and global QA initiatives. The position will require travelling within Europe, or further afield, as needs dictate. Tasks on this position include developing and improving processes in line with the regional QMS (Quality Management System) and local requirements, plan, manage and perform audits within the region according to the audit plan, follow-up & close out for internal / external audit findings (follow up and close corrective actions). Quality Assurance Specialist will be also responsible for 3rd party control, supplier quality management, reviews and audits as well as quality support for distributor management. Crucial on this position will be supporting local Business Units and cross-functional teams in ensuring compliance to processes and procedures with particular focus in Poland and the Central Europe organization as well as provide quality training in the QMS and lead and or support management review activities in the BU’s. We are looking for a Candidate who is change oriented, focuses on continuous improvement, who is resilient and adaptable, works well with individuals and in teams as well as demonstrates creativity. Perfect Candidate has relevant degree level and minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position. Fluent English is a must.
