PtP Analyst with English
We are looking for experienced PtP Analysts/Specialists who want to join to a new team.
Client Details
Our Client has Shared Service Center and is connected to media industry.
Description
- Support PTP processes - timely vendor creation, match invoices to PO's, etc.
- Deliver customer service to stakeholders (both internal and external) while adhering to company procedures.
- Review PCard statement submissions for compliance.
- Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity (including interfacing applications).
- Support onboarding of new joiners into systems and processes.
- Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes.
- Support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations if needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM).
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proved experience in PTP processes.
- Experience in transition of processes is preferred.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
