For our client, an international company located in Warsaw, We are currently looking for PTP ACCOUNTANT - PURCHASING
Your new role
You will be responsible for review of incoming requests for completeness and accuracy, audit of data upon entry and review of existing data for completeness, accuracy and continuous improvement opportunities. You will also be responsible for identification and appropriate follow up of opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiencies, standardization and rationalisation of purchasing process, ensuring accuracy and proper storage of supporting documentation and meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements regarding timeliness of processing PO requests. You will also work with identification and support of month/year end activities and core team members, internal customers/business partners, and distribution team members to build effective working relationships
What you'll need to succeed
You need a Degree in Business and/or Accounting, 1-2 years’ experience in Purchasing, PTP in SSC/BPO environment. SAP and MS Office is a must as well as proficiency in English. Knowledge of ServiceNow and Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management and Performance would be a big advantage, but it is not required. You also need to understand Purchasing functions : PR/PO creation and review, catalog creation, ATS management etc. and have experience working with it. Ability to take ownership, think independently and perform tasks with minimal supervision as well as ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners of all levels & disciplines is also required.
