For ISS A/S, global leader in facility management, we are searching for a Project Portfolio Manager. You will join our new Hub and lead the portfolio of projects that are connected with ISS new office being created in Warsaw..
More specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring that:
- The global project and portfolio management processes is implemented driving holistic and clear basis for project initiation, roadmaps and approvals
- The project pipeline is clearly mapped across multiple project dimensions
- The global IT project approval process is proactively supported and recorded
- The global IT resource roster for internal staff and external consultants is consistently updated and coordinated with the time booking process
- The Resource Management application is fit for purpose
- Resource data is systematically collected, followed-up and reported across all key projects
- Easy understandable and consistent portfolio reporting covering all stage and organisation dimensions is consistently delivered
- New project managers and PMO Leads are trained and supported to maximisetheir performance
- The ISS project management knowledge centre is fully updated
As an ideal candidate you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Portfolio Management role
- Project portfolio resource management experience
• Understanding, ability and interest in implementation of Project Portfolio Management frameworks, governance and reporting
- Ability to operate in an international environment with multiple stakeholders
- Analytic with ability to report complex portfolio data in a simple manner
- Strong communication skills in English, self-driven, motivated and structured
