You will be a part of the ICG Infrastructure Service Delivery team – this is a global team of 70 people uniquely positioned within ICG Production Management to deliver critical programs of capability delivery. This role will be specifically responsible for managing inflight transformational programs to deliver cross sector impact across CTI and ICG.
Successfully managing these transformational programs will require a self-starting candidate with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to influence progress, direction and deliver results across multiple audiences and forums.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Technology and Business Client relationships to senior level
- Oversees all technology components of diverse, complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of how all areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
- Delivering effective information and knowledge to stakeholders to support business decision making
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery for the ICG business
- Daily interaction with stakeholders to manage business processes and gain a strong understanding of the critical systems inter-dependencies.
- Bring virtual teams across organization together and lead execution of delivery of plan
- Delivery of physical and virtual infrastructure and management of all associated activities
Governance & Risk
- Partner with Production Management, ensuring effective management of day to day service activities and risks
- Ensure ITIL disciplines and standards are adopted as standard methodology for Service Management
- Oversight for the delivery of business, regulatory and technology infrastructure projects with end-to-end responsibility for the quality, timeliness, financials, and operational effectiveness
People Responsibilities
- Manage and lead outside of reporting lines
- Mentor and deliver training to junior members of the team and effectively & swiftly onboard them
- Foster teamwork & collaboration with the team, as to drive outstanding results
- Work effectively with virtual and remote teams
- Actively contribute towards self-development by crafting and following development plans based on discussions with immediate manager
