For our client,international manufacturing company in Masovian District we are currently looking for Candidates for position Project Manager.
Person employed on this positionis going to be responsible for managing new contract projects starting from the customer request to first production in the factory and will be the key contact point between the customer and the factory. Moreover, Candidate will be participating in tenders, submitting commercial quotations and negotiating mutually acceptable collaboration terms, driving the communication with the customers to understand their needs, ensuring the completeness and correctness of the customers’ requests, translating customers’ product specifications into manufacturer requirements, coordinating all aspects of projects, taking care of budgets, timelines and continuous track of progress.
Expectations towards Candidates arestrong project management skills, min. 3 years of experience in contract manufacturing organizations or on similar positions within FMCG environment, knowledge of cGMP standards. Fluent English and MS Office proficiency is a must. Advanced communicational skills and excellent cooperation and negotiations abilities, goal-oriented attitude.
