For one of our client, global company from financial sector, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Continuous Improvement Manager, who will join the Warsaw SSC structure.
Person on this position will be responsible for identification and implementation of continuous improvement measures in order to ensure process and services quality within an international Customer Service organisation, implementation of LEAN program and a LEAN culture. Moreover Project manager will be acting as coach and trainer for all employees to improve lean processes and behaviours.
The candidates are expected to have minimum 3 years of professional experience gained on a similar position (preferably in customer service area). Proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Management tools and methods is required as well as fluent English. In addition, you need to present well developed organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
