For our client, a global investment bank with its Business Center located in Warsaw, we are looking for well-experienced Project Managers with a proven track of success.
Your new role
Project Manager:
- Manages the project using client’s methodology and requirements
- Manages the delivery of a project and provides direction within it, works closely with the relevant Business leads and wider HR team stakeholders on a daily basis
- Ensures scope, approach, solution design, timelines, costs, benefits and all other key aspects of the project are documented
- Budget management:
- Manages project expenditure against budget as agreed in the project business case and project definition document or approval request
- Creates financial baselines and track cost actuals in a detailed budget document for submission to HR PMO and Finance monthly
- Ensures that issues, risks and interdependencies are identified, managed and resolved
- Ensures key person risks (BaU and project) are mitigated
- Manage project governance through delivery of detailed Work Breakdown Structures, Project Working Groups and Steering Committees Manage tools & information
- Understand the project lifecycle and ensure all its stages are managed accordingly
The perfect candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Fluent English language (at least C1 level)
- Experienced in an international, dynamic organisation with multi-cultural teams
- A proven track record of managing successful projects, especially in HR
- Project Management accreditation – PMP/ITIL/PRINCE2
- Deep understanding of waterfall / PMBOK methodology – AGILE is an advantage
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools
- Evidence of prior experience managing and influencing stakeholders at Executive/Board level and providing high quality presentations and updates
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated competency in decision making and problem solving, planning, prioritising and goal setting.
- Ability to communicate complex information in an understandable way
