Job description
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the Construction process;
- Planning and scheduling project timelines;
- Ensuring the Project’s compliance with legal regulations;
- Managing Contractors on site to ensure that the programme is maintained;
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations;
- Managing the quality management system, making sure the quality standards are met;
- Communicating efficiently with the Client and his representatives;
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs;
- Managing the entire process of Technical Due Diligence reports;
- Analyzing and compiling a range of data in order to produce a full Technical Due Diligence report;
- Reporting to senior management;
- Reporting to the Client on all aspects of the project;
Requirements:
- Degree in a construction related discipline and preferably having a HVAC license;
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the commercial sector (office, retail; logistics);
- Minimum 3 years of due diligence report writing experience;
- Knowledge of property market standards;
- Knowledge of construction and fit-out costs in the commercial sector;
- Demonstrable understanding of the construction market and construction law;
- Ability to make independent decisions under time pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good organization skills, ability to establish priorities, good teamwork skills;
- Good proficiency in English;
