Location: Warsaw
Length: long term cooperation
Job type: B2B contract
Rate: 13 000 – 17 000 zÅ‚ netto B2B / month
You will be part of a business with high potential and the explosion of logistical solutions for E-commerce business are one of the strongest drivers in this. We are currently developing our way of working within our project organization and you will take a great part in this.

As a project manager, you act as the main contact towards the customer and do it in a way that creates trust and credibility. Logistical projects are often related to both procedural and organizational changes in the customers’ business, where structured and well controlled leadership skills will help to make the customer confident in the project progress.
Responsibilities:
• Work according to our project model
• Review order handover document.
• Project definition (budget, milestones, risk/issues etc).
• Plan and allocate applicable project resources (in cooperation with Team leaders & Project coordinator).
• Create and maintain time and activity project plan.
• Plan and manage steering group meeting.
• Create and maintain project progress report.
• Immediately act on deviations.
• Notify project owner and steering group as early as possible of possible risks, deviations, opportunities and necessary actions.
• Secure necessary resources and competences at all time.
• Plan and book project travels and meetings.
• Follow up and if necessary act on time reporting.
• Attest project time reports.
• Manage project Change Request’s (CR’s).
• Represent project group towards customer.
• Represent customer and project internally.
• Agree and follow up on resource planning internally.
• Sign off appropriate steps according to Promise (for example: customer acceptance test, CR’s, startup approval, final handover).
• Evaluate and analyze the project result and contribute to improvements
Requirements:
• Project Management experience for packaged SCM software, Warehouse Management Systems
• Able to demonstrate a track record of realizing successful projects
• Successful project management experience achieved with a Supply Chain solutions business, or a Consulting Services organization, with a primary focus on SCM/WMS solution
• Demonstrable success managing complex, large-scale projects from beginning to end
• Experience from IT, logistics, WMS and B2B is a merit
• Mastering Microsoft Office
• Excellent in English both in speech and in writing
• Preferred experience in working in an international environment
