
For our client a FMCG company, well-recognized alcohol producer, with two production facility and extensive distribution network, we are looking for:
Project Manager (M&A, Industrial, SCM, Products Development)Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
The purpose of the position is to execute variety of operations wide projects ranging from products development and implementation through M&A post transaction integration.
Responsibilities:
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Planning Project resources, define tasks and required resources, allocate project resources
- Support and direct project team
- Leading project team composed of indirect staff
- Timeline management and creation of various schedules and project timelines, review critical paths
- Progress monitoring, controll and track deliverables
- Project budget management
- Quality and satisfaction management, quality assurance
- Issues and risk management
- Reporting and documentation, present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of project
Requirements:
- Project management expert knowledge
- Experience in similar position, min.: 6 years
- Knowledge and experience in industrial and M&A projects management and execution - is a must
- New product implementation experience
- Excellent command of english
- People management skills, especially in indirect relations
- Ready to travel
