Project Manager(Financial Projects in SSC)
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our clients SSC based in Krakow we are looking for Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting a team with organizing a work and delivery of project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects across operations, in cooperation with various stakeholders
- Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks;
- Support in analysis & oversight of proposed solutions to assure smooth projects implementation
- Build and manage an effective project team
- Ensure that all necessary project documentation is robust and maintained
- Act as a trusted partner to internal business partners
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Management, operational improvements areas or transformation projects, preferably in S2P area
- Very good knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting processes (Accounts Payable/Procurement module)
- Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight contractual deadlines
- Very good command of English
- Proven ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage team capacity
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and use of its formulas
- Working knowledge of Coupa system
- Communication skills and ability to deliver results through others
- Experience in working with SAP system would be a plus
