Your new role:
- maintenance of capacity planning and demand management,
- monitoring of project execution delivery and removing roadblocks,
- perform technical tasks such as troubleshooting of technical and delivery issues,
- performing administrative tasks,
- engaging with project managers in delivery prioritization,
- perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements in liaison with DA lead, Development lead and EDM scrum master,
- ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence,
- evaluate the performance of team members and determine training and improvement needs,
- analyze project requirements, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals,
- develop process improvements,
- managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing project sizing,
Who we are looking for? Candidate with:
- at least 4 years of professional experience in managing projects,
- experience in data driven projects as project manager or technical delivery role
- strong leadership and team working skills
- good resource planning skills.
- strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
