Our client is a manufacturing company of heavy industry. Due to further development and a need to strengthen managerial personnel we are searching for an experienced individual that will manage production planning in a very demanding environment.
Description
-
Overseeing production planning and management activities within the organisation
-
Developing production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications
-
Determining production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications
-
Planning workflow and schedules of production departments
- Monitoring production status and ensuring timely delivery
- Identifying delays and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines
- Assisting in production risk assessment and mitigation activities
- Evaluating production process and recommending improvements
Profile
-
Higher Technical Education
-
Good command of English
-
Proven min. 5-years' experience in production planning management, preferably in project environment (long lead times
-
Min. 5 years of experience in people management
-
Great leadership skills
-
Proven track record in change management and implementation
-
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
-
Goal oriented and able to adjust to changes
