For our Client, global leader in respiratory therapy we are looking for:
Product and Sales Specialist
Job description
Develop sales and territory management plans in conjunction with the Sales Manager in order to ensure resources are focused to achieve maximum market impact
Conduct visits to build relationships with hospitals
Promote new therapy approach in Anesthesia
Educate hospital employees, and remedy any issues or problems in order to ensure acceptance of products
Liaise with hospital regulatory, compliance and technical departments, purchasing, clinicians and other key decision makers to ensure all compliance barriers are overcome, the sale is authorized and funds are made available for equipment purchase.
Provide installation support, training, post sales education, trouble shooting and complaint resolution to promote early identification of customer issues, ensure correct use of equipment, drive consumable sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve sales revenue from hospitals within a sales geography
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Experience with Anesthesia/Critical Care units
2-3 years of experience in sales of pharmaceutical/medical devices products
Knowledge of public order law
Negotiation and presentation skills
Territory management and planning experience
Very good written and verbal communication in English.
