Role Overview:

• Assume comprehensive responsibility for procurement practices in Poland & Ukraine, while liaising with the Procurement Manager abroad. 
• Serve as the procurement supervisor for our offices in Poland & Ukraine, aligning with our overarching corporate vision.
• Spearhead the adoption of a novel local Procurement system.
• Manage the local procurement process and system from start to finish.
• Engage in contract negotiations, enhance cost-efficiency and commercial terms with vendors, and explore cost-saving avenues through strategic negotiation and procurement methodologies.
• Review and refine existing contracts and collaborations.
• Monitor and document essential metrics to curtail expenses and bolster efficiency.
• Partner with various business units to grasp multifaceted organizational needs.
• Employ a constructive, proactive stance in your duties, coupled with top-tier purchasing practices.
• Regular travel to our Ukraine locations on a quarterly basis, subject to situational feasibility.
• This role is designed for individual contributors without direct reports at this stage.

Candidate Profile:

• 4-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a multinational tech environment.
• Proven track record in managing diverse agreements and contracts across various domains (IT, Finance & HR services, Consulting, Operations, Welfare, PR & Events).
• Exceptional communication abilities – Proficiency in English, Polish, and/or Ukrainian.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical acumen.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus.
