Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- 3 years of experience in handling supply chain
- Strong ERP roll out and management skills
- At least Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to lead teams
Duties:
- Perform Market Analyses by collecting, organizing and analyzing market data and financial reports
- Develop procurement plans for active grants
- Implement all procurement Standard Operating Procedures
- Lead the bidding proces
- Prepare, review and utilize Procurement contracts
- Conduct self-assessments of conformance to supply chain policies, procedures, controls, and performance
