Hays is recruiting for positions within MyP&O (People and Organization) which is a part of a global network of Service Centers.
This HR Service Center aims to be the best in providing outstanding customer experience focusing on the needs of Mars Associates, helping them and guiding through their Mars adventure. Associates working within this center will have a chance to be a part of a brand new challenge, supporting 7 European countries in their HR matters and developing their carriers within Mars Family.
ABOUT POSITION
This role is responsible for managing all daily aspects of a group of Processing Analysts to support Mars Line Managers, Associates and local P&O in performing a variety of transactional requests, including but not limited to complex P&O administrative activities, verify accurateness and completeness of information provided, oversee routing and approval of transactions in accordance with established business processes and resolve all discrepancies related to transactions. The incumbent of this role will serve as a backup for daily overflow to effectively deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for the Candidates ideally with two years of experience on a similar position in international, dynamic environment. Familiarity with HR processes and practices as well as understanding of Contact Center environment is necessary. Fluent English and French is required as well as well as motivation to develop in HR in an international organization and a well-known brand.
