Process Manager - Change Management
Lokalizacja: Warszawa
For one of our clients - a company operating in the manufacturing industry,
currently we are looking for Process Manager - Change Management
Your key responsibilities:
- Ensure corporate services changes are handled within agreed service levels
- Follow up with resolvers on progress for changes, according to priority
- Ensure that change status is communicated with regular intervals
- Drive resolution of any overdue changes with resolvers
- Assess and (re)prioritize changes according to business impact and urgency
- Ensure resolution of high/critical priority changes in cooperation with relevant resolvers – participate in war room meeting when necessary for swift resolution
- Follow escalation procedures and escalate critical changes to relevant resolvers, stakeholders and management
- Communicate status and progress on relevant changes to all relevant end users and stakeholders
- Report change service levels, current state and needed improvement actions
- Assist/train IT personnel and stakeholders on correct change process handling in ITSM system (ServiceNow)
- Assist within other IT Process areas, e.g. Problem Management, Incident Management and Request Fulfillment
Experience / Qualifications required:
- General IT process knowledge
- Change management experience required
- Customer support mindset and appearance
- Good communication skills, written and spoken fluency in English
