A leading FMCG Company is hiring an experienced Process Improvements Specialist into their global supply chain structures, workplace based in Warsaw. The company has a global presence and operates in over 60 countries.
The purpose of a role will be to drive improvements in global supply chain structures. In close cooperation with Supply Chain functions you will lead process implementation and systems improvements. In this role the candidate will be responsible for process analysis through correct identification of key stakeholders within given process. Including new process design considering business needs and feasibility, identify process areas affected, ensure training and business awareness, design to-be changes, drive solution development and implementation with Key Users. You will get fantastic exposure across the globe working with supply planning, forecasting and logistics departments on all aspects of the product supply.
To succeed you will need to have working experience in a Supply Chain function - understanding of the planning and logistics area in the FMCG companies. As well as working experience with business process mapping and in being part of international project teams. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Supply Chain preferred . Experience with JDA or SAP is required, as well as very good Excel skills. You will need to have strong analytical & problem solving skills, and be dynamic and self-motivated. In addition, there is a need of fluent in English.
