Accenture is seeking a highly-qualified professional to join the Post Merger Integration (PMI) Group as a Specialist for PMI Program Management support.

The PMI Team manages acquisition integration and Go to Market Joint Venture launch projects.

The PMI team drives mobilization of all front (Sales, Delivery, Commercial Mgmt) and back office (HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, Procurement, Workplace, …) teams, establishes the governance framework, works with the deal team and sponsors to design the integration model, drives all planning, budgeting, and execution, and at the end of integration facilitates handover to operations

The PMI team is part of Corporate Development and Transaction services (CDTS) that is responsible for Venture & Acquisitions (V&A). The V&A Team is responsible for identifying and executing inorganic opportunities that advance the Firm’s strategic objectives. CDTS V&A professionals work with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all Operating Groups, Growth Platforms, and Geographies

 

What will you deal with?

  • Program Management of PMI Program including
  • Meeting Coordination and development of Meeting Agenda
  • Workplan Mgmt across all workstreams (Go to Market, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Workplace, ….)
  • Milestone tracking
  • Meeting Minutes and follow up on actions
  • Coordinate hand over from Due Diligence to PMI Workstreams
  • Capture, monitor, understand and report on risks, ensure that actions are taken timely
  • Proactively raise issues to PMI Lead and seek for resolution
  • Document PMI progress, prepare Status Reports for PMI Status Meetings with Workstreams and PMI Leadership Meetings with Sponsoring Organization and acquired Company
  • Implement proven tools, best practices across Integration Teams
  • Coordinate activities across integration teams
  • Monitor PMI budget, analyzing and follow up on actual spend
  • Share point administration (PMI Sharepoint)
  • Participate in development of PMI Intellectual Property, including lessons learnt, best practices, briefing decks, checklists, templates

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Candidates should have good understanding of business operations cross function (e.g., Business Operations, Finance, HR …) with exposure to merger and acquisition activity or large Outsourcing Deals strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services or consulting in major accounting/financial firm
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with a Big Four firm in a due diligence capacity or similar background at a major corporation (Fortune 500)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supported multiple financial due diligence projects
  • Chartered Accountant ACA or CPA/MBA/CFA preferred
  • University Degree

  • Proven organisational skills
  • Advanced financial analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
