Overview of the role:

Poland & Baltics is a key region in our business and we are looking for a strong leader to take our business forward.

Join us and you’ll oversee our dealer network in the Poland & Baltics region. It’s about ensuring that our dealers have everything they need to maximise sales of the JCB machinery range. We’ve got a five-year plan in place to develop our market share and you’ll be key to ensuring we achieve our goals.

We’re looking for someone who’ll take ownership and lead the growth of our business in P&B; the role will involve a wide range of tasks from developing our customer base to managing the monthly forward order forecast. The individual will need to work with our dealers to help them get their own growth plan together and maintain a good understanding of competitive activity within the region.

Ultimately our goal is to grow market share consistently in the region and ensure we have a strategy in place especially to grow in heavy and compact excavators.

 

About you:

Of course, you’ll have a strong track record of leading and influencing distribution, so you’ll have developed that skill of tapping into and drawing out what motivates your dealer to grow. You’ll have database management and customer communications skills in droves, too, and a good knowledge of the JCB product range, not to mention our pricing and positioning points. A good understanding of the overall dealer model, to ensure JCB and the dealer are investing in the right areas to profitably grow our business and coverage in the region.

The individual needs to have shown in the past the ability to ensure JCB and the dealer are constantly growing and developing greater relationships with our customers – existing and new.
